Head-in vs. Back-in Angle Parking

Since one way that the Transportation Alternatives staff suggested to narrow the roadway on Skillman Avenue was angle parking, I wanted to share this report (PDF) posted to Streetsblog recently, which argues that back-in angle parking is much safer than head-in parking.
