Cyclist hit walking bicycle across Queens Boulevard

According to this story on ABC News:

Authorities say the 41-year-old victim was hit on Queens Boulevard at 32nd Place just after 3 p.m.

He was reportedly rushed to Elmhust Medical Center in critical condition.
